Dorald Luka
With over 10 years of leadership and management experience, Dorald Luka has built his career around leading teams, delivering results, and creating strong working relationships.
After a successful career in hospitality management, he transitioned into the construction and engineering industry, where he now specializes in electrical and critical infrastructure projects. As a Site Supervisor, he has gained extensive experience in project coordination, quality assurance, workforce management, and site operations.
Driven by professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to quality, Luka founded ALIVE Contracting to provide trusted workforce solutions for construction, electrical, and industrial projects across Sweden.
